Her vehicle was at Ikea before we got there and gone when we left, so I am thinking she is not an employee. Which makes me wonder WHERE DID SHE PUT HER NEW STUFF?? Perhaps it was delivered?

I've seen a few cars like that, and they usually belonged to homeless folks who still have their cars (and therefore, shelter). She might have been at Ikea for the cheap breakfast? But yes, in addition to whatever her other problems are, she's clearly unwell.
