Instead of watching the Super Bowl and eating chili or pizza, we had an Anti-Super Bowl Party.
J made potato soup and 4 different quiche.
Served with artisan bread and salad.
No beer. We did have raspberry iced tea...
Oh, and no Super Bowl. We showed the half-time show.
And Mamma Mia! It was all J's idea.

What a great idea! And looks like you all had fun. Must keep this in mind for next year.
Looks like great fun. We skipped the beer, too, but we DID watch the Superbowl because I went to school in Pittsburgh.
We had shrimp, nachos, and what C calls "Superbowl Cake", which is two layers of brownies with ice cream in between and chocolate sauce drizzled on top.
D and I did NOT have Superbowl cake, although we had some of the ingredients.
