Update on Crazy Saturday

I pulled out the warning J received for speeding on Saturday. Recall, Barney told J he had been going 81 in a 55 but J had just told me he was doing 65. Well, the warning says J was going 64 MPH in a 55. Yes, he was speeding. Yes, he thought he was only 5 MPH over. But the police officer LIED to us about how fast we were going!! I don't get why would he do that. What was the point of lying about how fast we were driving?
