Comcast Update

As you might recall, we had a situation with Comcast, where they overcharged us and the equipment was defective, causing 4 service men to come to our home over the course of 1 week.

Today, I reached a Comcast supervisor. Arcy, the supervisor, said corrected the credits we were supposed to have received and waived 2 of the installation charges. This reduces our bill by about $100. Yippee!! I would be overjoyed and my faith in Comcast restored if they had removed all of the crazy charges, but I can live with this.
