December 1st, 2008 - 1st Snow of the Season!
I have this 'rule' that it should never snow before my birthday (Nov 21), otherwise it will be a very long, bitter winter.

It's sticking!!
It has snowed before but it never stuck.
It doesn't count for my 'rule' if it doesn't stick.
That's just 'thick rain'.

Every time I see views through your loft, I'm struck by how beautiful it all seems. Great photos.
I used to make snowmen on our balcony as a little one, too. ;-)
