I made chocolate chip cookies - from scratch. AFTER I baked them, I re-read the instructions. Oooops! I only put 1/2 the amount of butter in, as I was supposed to. They tasted normal. The kids didn't seem to notice, either. J is going to be home from work soon. Let's see if he notices...
I didn't think J would believe I made the cookies from scratch. This is my proof.

What recipe did you use? I have one that is very good and matt just love's them. They are still soft days later. If they last that long, haha. I'll e-mail it to you if you want.
