Family Friday - Part 4

Today's Family Friday is being brought to you by the Notebart Nature Museum, located in the upscale Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. We join the Widney family as they tour the museum for the first time.

Motor Me and Mini Me, ready to roll!

These brown, spindly insects are called a Walkingstick. Walkingstick is a family name. We don't believe there to be any blood relation.

"Well hello there!"

Lots of interactive areas for the children to
touch, smell (yes, smell!!), and read.

I don't know. Something interesting, for sure.

The Butterfly Conservatory.

Cocoon. Wasn't there a movie about this?

Whoa, Dude! I think I can fly.

Free at last! Free at last!

Mini Me was most fascinated by the hand dryer
in the water touch and learn area!

Pizza at Joe Roma's - a savory indulgence.
